Professional background rooted in experience and care

I bring more than two decades of study and practice in psychology, with a B.A. from Seton Hall University and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the Adler School in Montreal. My clinical experience includes work with individuals, families, couples, and groups in a local mental health clinic, shaping my belief that people heal best when they feel genuinely seen and supported. Today, I focus on individual virtual therapy for clients in NH, MA, and FL, offering accessible, flexible care grounded in deep clinical experience.

My therapeutic approach

I approach therapy from an Adlerian perspective, exploring how early experiences shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others. I integrate CBT and DBT skills to offer practical tools for understanding patterns, managing emotions, and navigating daily life with more steadiness. I stay current with the latest research in mental health and brain science, and ongoing professional development is a core part of my work. This commitment to lifelong learning helps me provide informed, effective care for the adults I support through virtual therapy in NH, MA, and FL.

Why the therapeutic relationship matters

Research shows that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of positive outcomes. I take that seriously. Building rapport is one of my strengths, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely supported from the very beginning.

Let’s take the first step together.
